Recruiter Marketplace
Opt in to be found by recruiters actually hiring for your role.
Recruiter Marketplace lets recruiters search real candidate profiles by role, skill, and location — but only profiles that have explicitly opted in show up. Making your portfolio public (shareable via a link) and being discoverable to recruiters are two separate switches: turning on your public link never silently makes you searchable, and you can turn recruiter visibility off at any time without taking your portfolio link down.
Requires a Professional or Premium plan (needed for a public portfolio in the first place).
How it works
Make your portfolio public
Your public portfolio link has to be on first — recruiter discoverability builds on top of it, not instead of it.
Opt in separately
A second, explicit toggle turns on recruiter discoverability. Off by default, and off again the moment you turn it back off.

Recruiters search by role, skill, and location — your profile shows up for roles that actually fit, not a spray of unrelated outreach.
